Spice has its own flavour and essence. They are always very important when taken as food or medicine. Sometimes the spices are used as an antimicrobial property for infectious disease. Spices are used in food for their aroma and flavour. These spices are also taken to boil in water to extract their essence and used for drinking

Spices are also used for curing the ailments like fever, malaria, stomach aches, nausea, and many others. Spices are also used as natural food preservatives.
